Dennis Smith (MCIPS) - works with a portfolio of clients some of which are in the Healthcare environment. He has previously held a range of senior roles within the NHS, Local Authorities and Water Industry, Department of Health,  NHS Supply Chain, NHS Foundation Trusts. 

He has led and supported many cost improvement strategies to assist clients in financial turnaround and has extensive experience building relationships between finance, procurement, internal stakeholders and suppliers. 

An experienced Procurement, Contracting and Supply Chain Manager who holds Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS) professional qualification. 

Sharon Smith (FCIPD, EMCC) - has worked at national and regional levels around the UK in the public sector, working with a wide range of training and education providers. 

Has a wide range of experience working with governing bodies, CEOs and business professionals to support change. She has strong analytical skills, understanding and interpreting regulations and holding external bodies to account. 

Her HR background and coaching experience provides consultancy advice, support and guidance to individuals, managers and leaders to implement and develop the workforce, including the development of employee networks. 

Sharon is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD) and associate of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).
