Dennis Smith (MCIPS)
Manages a portfolio of clients, within both Public and Private Sector. A member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS), he has over 40 years of experience, with 18 years specifically supporting the Health Sector.
Has led and supported cost improvement programs, supporting clients in financial recovery, and understands the dynamics between financial constraints and service delivery.
Has previously, worked in the Water Industry, gaining substantial experience in supply chain, contract award and management, and Private Finance Initiatives (PFI) arrangements.
Sharon Smith (FCIPD)
Is an experienced HR and Learning Development Professional, Project Manager, Relationship/Client manager and a qualified Coach, with over 30 years experience, working within the public sector.
A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD) and associate of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC). Successfully collaborated with business leaders to develop and establish unique staff and coaching networks, designing and implementing tailored training programmes to support organisational initiatives.
Expertise spans working across education providers, academy trusts, and aspects of Human Resources/People Management and Diversity Management.
